Vella Associates were founded in 1993 as a business run from home with a handful of managed properties. Since those formulative days the business has grown to such an extent that the company has moved to offices in the picturesque village of Long Melford, coincidentally Alison Vella's birthplace. Her reputation has grown with it and she can now confidently claim to be one of the most successful letting agents in the region managing close to 200 properties.
The company confines its operations to the Sudbury area within a radius of 10 miles, overseeing the letting and now selling of all types of property from single occupancy flats to period thatched country cottages. The growth in demand for rental property has not ceased meaning that the business is always in need of properties to let (whether managed or not) for it's expansive mailing list.
Vella Associates sales service runs alongside the lettings business and offers full local newspaper advertising, website marketing with many of the leaders in property website advertising, colour details, extensive local knowledge and distinctive for sale boards. Properties of all types, sizes and prices are always required for marketing by our team.
